Lebanese singer Elissa was voted the Best Arab Artist on a poll held on the internet social network Facebook and gave her the title of being the most affectionate female singer in her music defeating Lebanese singers Haifa Wahbi and Nancy Ajram. The poll results were are followed: Elissa 41 % in first place, Nancy Ajram second place, Haifa Wahbi in third place and Lebanese singer/actress Sireen Abd Al Nour came in fourth place getting 12 % of the votes. Fans of Nancy launched an attack on Facebook against the makers of the poll alleging that the results were tampered with. The administrators who held the poll denied the allegations made and stressed that the results were not played with in any way.
