Higher education minister says keen on boosting cooperation with China

Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar has praised relations between Cairo and Beijing, particularly where scientific research and training are concerned.
The Egyptian leadership is very much keen on further boosting fruitful cooperation with China in all fields, Abdel Ghaffar said.
He was speaking in a meeting with a Chinese technology advisor Wednesday to discuss mechanisms of scientific cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting also took up a visit by Abdel Ghaffar to China in September with the aim to ink two cooperation protocols to establish a Sino-Egyptian center to transfer technology.
