A ceremony to mark the opening was attended by the agency's director Serdar Cam, the grand mufti of Bosnia-Herzegovina Husein Kavazovic, Federal Minister of Culture and Sports Salmir Kaplan, the mufti of Mostar Seid Smajkic and numerous guests. "We will be with you in the good and the bad, when you rejoice and grieve, we will always be with you. Turks always loved Bosnian people, you have a special place in the heart of every Turk," Emrullah Isler told those present at the ceremony.
