Ten people were hospitalized with injuries from a crash Friday involving a school bus and a pickup truck near Calgary, Alberta, officials said. The truck collided with the bus -- carrying nine students of the Rocky View School Division, ranging in age from kindergarten to high school -- east of the town of Crossfield, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported. One child was sent to Alberta Children's Hospital in Calgary with serious injuries. The other students and the bus driver were hospitalized with less serious injuries. The truck driver suffered minor injuries but was not hospitalized, said Judy Unsworth, Rock View County district fire chief.
