Sisi reviews outcome of Nile water discussions with ministers

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi held a meeting on Tuesday with the ministers of foreign affairs, irrigation and water resources and international cooperation, as well as the General intelligence chief and representatives of the Ministry of Defense.
Presidential spokesman Alaa Yousef said the meeting took up the outcome of discussions by the higher committee on Nile water and the declaration of principles between Egypt and Ethiopia on the renaissance dam.
The president issued directives to the higher committee and the technical committee affiliated to it to review the Nile water draft agreement and its legal measures.
