Heavy rain poured over Gharbia Governorate on Monday, disrupting traffic.
The weather became extremely cold.
Gharbia Governor Saeed Mostafa Kamel gave directions to the heads of cities and neighborhoods to deploy cleaning equipment on the streets and ambulances in high ways.
