Egypt calls for African unity to face water scarcity

Egypt underscored the importance of a unified African action to face water scarcity in African countries.
Egypt is willing to exchange expertise in this domain with other African countries, said Egypt's Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazi after taking part in the Africa Climate Resilient Infrastructure Summit in Addis Ababa on Wednesday.
"We are ready to provide our expertise in underground water, recycling of agricultural drainage water, and development of water management systems in urban areas for African countries," he noted.
