Body and Soul Health Club & Spa, owned and headed by Thumbay Moideen, Founder President of the Thumbay Group is an international leisure company located on the grounds of the Gulf Medical University, Ajman.  It is one stop destination offering extensive sports, recreation, fitness, health, social and youth programs. It boasts of a luxury family pool and deck, an extensive fitness suite with a view, dance and yoga studios, a 3 court tennis centre, badminton, squash, volleyball and basketball courts, a soccer/cricket pitch, grass football ground and a ladies only section with a gym and private access to the ladies pool. Active programs include team sport competitions, leagues, swim lessons, squash and tennis lessons, a special Kids Club, club's own “Achieve” fitness program, yoga, karate and aerobics classes.
