Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), here on Wednesday opened the exhibition "Treasures of China" hosted by the National Museum in Riyadh.
The opening took place in the presence of a number of Chinese officials as well as Saudi ambassador to China Turki Almadhi.
In a speech at the opening of the exhibition, Prince Sultan bin Salman highlighted the kingdom's achievements in the field of archaeological discoveries, scientific research and development of human resources working in the field of heritage and archeology.
Prince Sultan bin Salman said the exhibition is an important step in the special relations between the two friendly countries, the People's Republic of China and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
