Britain moving 'from austerity to prosperity'

Britain is on the path "from austerity to prosperity", finance minister George Osborne told parliament on Wednesday as he unveiled his final budget before the general election in May.
"This is a budget that takes Britain one more step on the road from austerity to prosperity," the Conservative minister said.
