Arab, foreign investors acquire 11% of Beltone Financial Holding

Arab and foreign investors acquired 11.2 percent of Beltone Financial Holding's shares at a value of 13.26 Egyptian pounds per stock.
The 251-million-pound acquisition of 18.9 million shares of the company reflects investors' desire to pump more investments in the Egyptian market, the company said in a statement.
The move comes as part of the company's efforts to increase its liquidity in light of the latest economic reforms carried out by the Egyptian government, it said.
Beltone Financial Holding is an Egyptian-based financial institution that is engaged in the provision of investment banking services.
