Shura Council Holds a Workshop on "Development aspects of parliamentary research and studies"

Assistant Speaker of the Shura Council, Dr. Yahya bin Abdullah Al-Sama'an, chaired today a workshop titled "Development aspects of parliamentary research and studies", organized by Shura Research Center at the Council's headquarters in Riyadh in the presence of the Secretary-General of Shura Council, Dr. Mohammed bin Dakhel Al-Mutairi, and members from the Council.
Addressing the workshop, the Assistant Speaker emphasized the importance of holding such workshops to build bridges between the Research Center of the Council with research and studies centers inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He pointed out that the workshop comes in the context of the continuous cooperation and communication between the Shura Council and specialists in this regard, as well as it aims to develop the research center, hoping that the workshop will provide visions, solutions, and proposals by focusing on the experiences of parliamentary councils to support decision making in the Shura Council.
