France calls on Gambia's Jammeh to accept election defeat

French President Francois Hollande called Tuesday on Gambia's President Yahya Jammeh to accept defeat in elections and stand aside. Hollande said the results of the December 1 polls were "indisputable" and Jammeh's challenger Adama Barrow "must be installed as soon as possible". |
