National Guard's staff director receives Saudi delegation

Maj.-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa the Director of Staff at the National Guard today received a delegation from the Saudi National Guard Ministry headed by Brigadier Abdul Hakeem bin Mubarak Al Qahtani.

The Director of  Staff welcomed the Saudi delegation and conveyed to them the greetings of His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard and asserted that the joint military efforts with the Saudi National Guard do reflect the depth of the bilateral relations and fruitful exchange of expertise and boosting the cooperation. He praised the advanced level achieved by the Saudi National Guard in terms of high efficiency and military readiness in addition to the capabilities of the Saudi security and military establishment.

Brig. Al Qahtani conveyed the greetings of Prince Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf Al Meqrin the Minister of the Saudi Royal Guard and the greetings of HRH Prince Mish'al bin Bader bin Saud bin Abdulaziz the Undersecretary of the National Guard in the Eastern Sector to His Highness President of the National Guard and to the Director of Staff.  He affirmed the vast contribution of the BDF Royal Guard in maintaining national security, stability and safeguarding the Kingdom of Bahrain's accomplishments as well as accelerating the momentum of reform and progress and preserving the nation's renaissance and the safety of its citizens and residents. He also praised the advanced level of the bilateral relations between the two military establishments and boosting their cooperation and exchange.

The two sides also explored various topics of shared concern.
