Abu Dhabi Fund for Development delegation visits Wahat Al Karama

Mohammed Saif Al Suwaidi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) yesterday led a delegation of ADFD employees to tour the memorial site, Wahat Al Karama.
The delegation explored the premises and visited the cultural landmark; the 31 aluminium-panel, each leaning on the other, exemplifying the unity, solidarity and mutual support shared between the UAE’s leadership, servicemen and people.
Al Suwaidi said, "This site is a national treasure. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come as a nation. Together we stand in unity, unison and with the utmost respect for our fallen heroes. Their sacrifice and memory should never be forgotten. Their sacrifice should be our driving force. Their sacrifice should be the fuel that inspires us as a nation. Let’s do them proud and always aim higher, work harder and reach for better."
