King orders raise of housing

Upon a directive by His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, asked concerned authorities and directorates to look into raising the military housing loan for officers, noncommissioned officers and personnel of the armed forces and the other security agencies.
He also ordered the amendment of relevant legislations as part of measures taken recently to improve the living conditions of armed forces personnel in recognition of their role for the country.
