Tripoli Revolutionaries Brigade (TRB) on Tuesday announced full control of Garabulli, 60 km east of Tripoli, the local "Al Wasat News" reported.
All vital facilities and checkpoints in the district was also controlled, it added.
TRB said the security conditions are stable after what they called the "final battle"
