Seoul - Yonhap
South Korean financial companies' derivatives trading fell 5.7 percent on-year in 2013 due to a protracted market slump, the financial watchdog said Tuesday.
The combined trading volume of derivatives such as stock options and futures reached 57,100 trillion won (US$53.8 trillion) last year, compared with 60,600 trillion won tallied a year earlier, according to the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS).
