Seoul - Yonhap
South Korea's producer prices fell for the 17 month in a row in February due to a drop in raw material prices, including crude oil, and strong local currency, the central bank said Wednesday.
The producer price index, a barometer of future consumer inflation, declined 0.9 percent last month from a year earlier, compared with a 0.3 percent on-year fall in January, according to the Bank of Korea (BOK).
