The number of international air passengers to and from South Korea rose significantly last month from a year earlier, with international cargo traffic also growing, the government said Monday. The number of international air passengers to and from the country reached 4.31 million in February, up 7 percent from the same month last year, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
