South Korea and China could conclude their bilateral free trade negotiation by the third quarter of next year, as the leaders of the two countries have shown keen interest in it, Seoul's trade minister said Thursday. In a meeting with local business leaders, Yoon Sang-jick said the free trade agreement (FTA) between the two countries would develop the Seoul metropolitan area into a business hub for China by streamlining regulations between them.
