The Saudi Italian businessmen forum was held here today at the headquarters of the Council of Saudi Chambers, in the presence of the President of the Saudi-Italian Business Council Yousef Abdulsattar Al-Maimani; and the participation of more than 300 Saudi and Italian businessman. The forum addressing the trade cooperation and partnership opportunities between the two sides, stressing the strength of the economic relations and growing common interests among business sectors of the two countries. They pointed out that Italy is the first trade partner to the Kingdom at the European level with $15.2 billion according to the total volume of trade exchange in 2012, while the balance of the Italian investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reached $ 2.9 billion, and about 80 Italian companies are operating in all fields of economic activity in Saudi Arabia.
