Sales of clear spirits including vodka rose 31 percent last year from a year ago despite the flagging local alcohol market, industry data showed Thursday. According to the data, shipments of clear spirits reached 410,764 boxes in 2013 from 313,039 boxes the previous year. One box contains 9 liters.
