The new registrations at commercial register remained almost table in 2013, recording 181,751 registrations against 181,150 in 2012, the National Centre of Commercial Register (CNRC) said Tuesday."In 2013, the report of operations (registrations, changes, cancellations) indicates a total number at 371,235 operations, 181,751 s relating to new company registrations," the same source said.Out of these new companies, 91.5% have been created by individuals and 8.5% by legal persons or companies.In comparison with 2012, the new registrations are up 4.68% for legal persons and almost the same for the individuals.By industry, the new companies are activating in services, retail trade, building and industry, wholesale trade, and import-export.According to the CNRC, the national economy is made, in late 2013, of 1,678,791 merchants registered with the commercial register, up 5.16% compared to 2012, with 82,439 new registered merchants.
