Total direct credit facilities granted by licensed banks in Jordan during the months of January and February amounted to Jordanian Dinars 16.43 billion, equivalent to USD 23,150 Billion. According to data released by Central Bank of Jordan, the total facilities granted to the industrial sector was JOD 2.3 billion, the public trade sector 3.7 billion, the construction sector 3.4 billion, agriculture 262 million , the mining sector 85.4 million and the tourism, hotels and restaurants sector 500 million and the public services and utilities sector JOD 1.4 billion.
