China's Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli on Sunday called for policymakers around the globe to bolster cooperation to avoid missteps that could undermine a fragile global economic recovery. Zhang, in his keynote speech at an annual economic forum at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, also emphasized that China remains committed to achieving its goal of economic growth this year while pushing for economic reforms, despite "considerable downward risks."    Zhang noted that the global economy is still reeling from the impact of the 2008 financial crisis.
