(Xinhua/Jorge Villegas) SANTIAGO, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- Chile's president-elect Michelle Bachelet named 23 ministers on Friday, two weeks after she was officially declared as the president-elect. Bachelet, who led Chile from 2006 to 2010, announced the list of ministers in Plaza San Francisco Hotel in Santiago. The 23 new ministers include nine women and 14 men. Among them are Foreign Minister Heraldo Munoz, Interior Minister Rodrigo Penailillo, Defense Minister Jorge Burgos, Finance Minister Alberto Arenas, Economy Minister Luis Felipe Cespedes and Education Minister Nicolas Eyzaguirre.
