Britain's fashion house Burberry filed a patent violation suit against SBW, a South Korean underwear maker, with a Seoul court Monday for using its trademark check pattern. In the suit filed with the Seoul Central District Court, Burberry seeks a court order to ban the sales or production of the underwear products, and demands 100 million won (US$93,799) in compensation.
