Two batches of trainees today graduated under the patronage of Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan. Undersecretary Sabah Salim Al-Dosary, Assistant Undersecretary for training Affairs Ridha Hubail and other officials attended. Gulf World Institute for Career Development and Quality organised the ceremony at the Movenpick Hotel.The patron distributed certificates to 99 trainees who graduated after completing the "Hospital management" and the "Quality in Education", programmes. Addressing the ceremony, the minister credited the joint efforts of the Government and private sector for the labour market strides.The minister stressed the importance of the national human resources development which aims at bridging the gap between the academic and training graduates and the real needs of the labour market. He affirmed the ministry's keen interest in support the private institutions so as to enhance the standard of training in Bahrain and keep abreast of the needs of an increasingly changing labour market.Gulf World Institute for Career Development and Quality board member Dr. Hussain Al-Mahdi commended the role of the ministry in promoting national human resources in key economic sectors, bolstering partnership with private vocational institutions to brush up the skills of jobseekers.
