Hassan Abdullah Ismaik, the managing director of Arabtec Holding, said Defense Minister Field Marshal Abdel-Fatah el-Sisi has recommended a major project of building one million housing units should be modern. "All designs should be wrapped up in a record time in order to complete the project as soon as possible," Ismaik told CBC TV channel. He said Sisi has also recommended the units of the project should be a modern with green landscape. Earlier this month, Arabtec signed with the Egyptian defense ministry a contract to build the project. It will cover 160 million square metres across 13 sites in Egypt for lower income individuals.
