The highest bid for new Istanbul airport offered by Limak/Cengiz/Kolin/Ma-Pa/Kalyon Consortium made THY stocks increase whileTAV stocks decreased. Tender for the third airport in Istanbul ended with a record price of 22.152 billion euros. Fifteen Turkish and two foreign companies received approval for their technical capabilities to build the third airport. Offering 9 billion euros at first, TAV withdrew from the tender phase and thus its stocks decreased sharply to TL 11.80. THY stocks, on the other hand, reached 8.04 which is the highest level in its history.
