Singapore stocks finished higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Straits Times Index (STI) up 13.63 points, or 0.44 percent, to close at 3,118.03. A total of 1.89 billion shares changed hands with turnover of 1. 58 billion Singapore dollars (1.25 billion U.S. dollars). Gainers led decliners 251 to 177, while 520 others finished unchanged. The STI index rebounded 14.47 points, or 0.47 percent, to close at 3,104.4 on Wednesday.
