The volume of shares traded fell to 5,945,265 from 9,154,904 Tuesday, and the value of shares decreased to QR235,998,975.25 from QR286,222,293.71 Tuesday. Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped 0.41% to QR1714.30, Qatar Islamic Bank lost 0.87% to QR68.40, Qatar Telecom fell 0.87% to QR114.00 and Gulf International down 0.61% to QR40.50. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector lost 0.27 points while the Insurance sector added 1.40 points. The Qatar industrial sector dropped 0.29 points and the Services sector fell 0.37 points.
