Tokyo stocks opened higher Friday morning, boosted by upbeat data on the U.S. economy and easing concerns on Syria situation. At 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average was up 123.33 points, or 0.92 percent, from Thursday at 13,583.04. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange also rose by 10.29 points, or 0.92 percent, to 1,126.80
