Nikkei opened 2.05 percent higher Wednesday.At 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average was up 266.26 points, or 2.05 percent, from Tuesday at 13,273.54. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was up 23.67 points, or 2.18 percent, at 1, 110.07.
