Trading at Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) started on Monday on a mixed board, with the weighted index reading 473.47 points, with a minor gain of 0.6 points, by 9:15 a.m.
The price index went up by 61.44 points, reaching 8,383.43 points, while the KSX 15 index, which reflects trading in blue-chips, read 1,099.93 points, a drop of 0.6 points.
Number of trades amounted to 2,425 deals at the time, worth KD 14,742,591.
553, and volume stood at 179,053,606 shares.
Top volume shares were of Gulf Finance House, National Ranges Company (Mayadeen), Abyaar Real Estate Development Company, Ithmar Bank, and Kuwait Business Town Real Estate Company.
Meanwhile, Gulf Investment House, Bayan Investment Company, National Ranges Company (Mayadeen), Danah Alsafat Foodstuff Company, and First Dubai for Real Estate Development stocks were top gainers.
