Gold price moved up 35 HK dollars to close at 12,938 HK dollars per tael in Hong Kong on Monday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. The price is equivalent to 1,399.54 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 3.79 U.S. dollars at the latest exchange rate of one U.S. dollar against 7.76 HK dollars.
