Dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chip prices continued to climb in May, rising for the sixth consecutive month, data showed Thursday.
The fixed price of DDR3 2Gb 256Mx8 1333MHz chips averaged US$1.53 in the first half of this month, up 2 percent from the second half of last month, according to the data by market researcher DRAMeXchange.
