The U.S. dollar traded at the upper 95 yen level early Wednesday in Tokyo.At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 95.59-60 yen compared with 95.27-37 yen in New York and 95.09-10 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The euro fetched 1.3392-3394 dollar and 128.01-04 yen against 1. 3388-3398 dollar and 127.67-77 yen in New York, and 1.3374-3376 dollar and 127.18-22 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon.
