The U.S. dollar traded at the upper 100 yen level early Tuesday in Tokyo.At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 100.90-98 yen compared with 100.92-101.02 yen in New York and 101.14-15 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday. The euro fetched 1.2860-2862 dollars and 129.77-85 yen against 1.2865-2875 dollar and 129.96-130.06 yen in New York and 1.2830- 2831 dollars and 129.77-81 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon.
