The U.S. dollar traded at the lower 102 yen level early Tuesday in Tokyo.At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 102.15-17 yen compared with 102.20-30 yen in New York and 102.52-53 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday. The euro fetched 1.2889-2893 dollars and 131.68-70 yen against 1.2878-2888 dollars and 131.78-88 yen in New York and 1.2864-2865 dollars and 131.88-92 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon.
