Seoul shares ended lower on Monday. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) fell 7. 59 points, or 0.41 percent, to close at 1,855.73. Trading volume stood at 217.22 million shares worth 2.94 trillion won (2.6 billion U.S. dollars). The local currency was quoted at 1,132.4 won against the greenback, up 9.6 won from Friday\'s close.
