Gold price moved up 290 HK dollars to close at 11,720 HK dollars per tael in Hong Kong on Tuesday, according to the Chinese Gold and Silver Exchange Society. The price is equivalent to 1,267.78 U.S. dollars a troy ounce, up 31.37 U.S. dollars at the latest exchange rate of 1 U.S. dollar against 7.76 HK dollars.
