EGP 92 million have been allocated for paving and building roads in Beheira governorate, Governor Nadia Abdu said Saturday.
The governorate has secured EGP 14 million of the total cost of the project, Abdu said.
She said three water plants started operation to meet about 20 percent of the governorate's need of potable water.
Abdu made the remarks during a meeting with lawmakers and other officials to follow up the investment plan in the governorate.
