Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has pulled out of the Netherlands squad for Wednesday\'s friendly against England. The 29-year-old sustained an ankle injury in Spurs\' 5-2 thrashing at Arsenal yesterday and today left the Dutch camp in Noordwijk to return to his club. Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk has opted against calling up a replacement for the Wembley clash.
