The ticketing service provider MATCH Service AG has since solved the issues and the customer service of MATCH Service AG is now in contact with the 165 customers who were affected. FIFA and MATCH Service AG would like to apologise for any inconveniences and thank the football fans for their interest in buying tickets for next year’s FIFA Confederations Cup.
