Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby has strongly condemned an explosion that took place near one of the banks in Beirut Sunday night and left several people injured. 

In a statement Monday, Araby condemned terrorizing people during the holy fasting month of Ramadan. 

He further reiterated the support of the Arab League behind the Lebanese government in the measures taken in order to restore security and stability in the country. 

A bomb detonated outside the Beirut headquarters of BLOM Sunday night, inflicting heavy material damage and injuring several people.

Nobody has claimed responsibility for the attack.
