Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding talks with North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong-ho on the sidelines of the 50th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM) and related meetings in Manila, Sputnik news reported Monday. 
Lavrov arrived in the Philippines on Sunday to participate in the events within ASEAN. 
The minister has already held a number of bilateral meetings including with the foreign ministers of Turkey, China and the United States.
