Rescuers in the southern Indian state of Goa are searching through a massive pile of rubble and dust looking for survivors, after a building collapsed while under construction, killing at least 15 workers. The collapse occurred Saturday afternoon. And emergency crews worked through the night to clear the wreckage and search for survivors. A bulldozer was brought in to remove the heavy debris, while soldiers and local laborers used shovels and pneumatic drills. Ten people were pulled out alive overnight. But authorities say a dozen more may still be trapped under the concrete, while another report said as many as 60 workers may have been on the construction site at the time of the accident. Rescuers fear the chance of finding any more people alive is dwindling.
