Two people have been killed and three others injured in a blast in the Qoleiat town of the northern region of Akkar, the National News Agency reported on Saturday. Reports said all the victims are members of one family and live near the Qoleiat air base, adding that the victims have been transported to one of the region's hospitals for medical treatment. The security forces have arrived at the scene and began the investigation.
